Able Translations Ltd. Deploys New State-of-the-Art Telephone System 10/2/2009
We are pleased to inform our clients and providers that effective September 1, 2009, Able Translations Ltd. implemented a new telephone system. With extended VOIP capabilities, our new telephone system responds to the demands of our ongoing growth and enables us to answer a higher volume of calls more efficiently. With servers housed in our headquarters, the new telephone system revamps our call centre by enabling call queues, call distribution, voice-mail to fax and other advanced functions.
